Edition 2025 — Serassi Organ Bicentenary

Throughout 2025, the Serassi organ in Feletto continued to accompany the liturgical and musical life of the church of Santa Maria Assunta, in the year leading up to the bicentenary celebrations. The 19th-century instrument remains a landmark for the Canavese community and organ music enthusiasts.

In 2025, the Serassi organ of the parish church of Santa Maria Assunta in Feletto, in the Canavese region, experienced the year of preparation for the major bicentenary celebrations scheduled for 2026. The instrument, built around 1826 by the famous Serassi workshop in Bergamo, continued to resonate in the life of the parish and to safeguard a musical heritage that the community is preparing to celebrate.

The growing attention towards the ancient organs of the Canavese, supported by local associations, has laid the groundwork for the cultural initiatives of the bicentenary, confirming Feletto's role as a small but significant center of the Piedmontese organ-building tradition.
