Edition 2025 — SEIF

The seventh edition of the SEIF – Sea Essence International Festival took place from June 27 to 29, 2025, on Elba Island with the theme of "Mediterranean Communities." In a new widespread and itinerant format that involved all the island's municipalities, the festival promoted by the Fondazione Acqua dell'Elba offered debates, meetings, workshops, and educational activities about the sea, highlighting the best practices of marine and coastal communities.

The 2025 edition of SEIF, the seventh, was held from June 27 to 29 on Elba Island with the theme of "Mediterranean Communities." For the first time in a widespread and itinerant format, the festival involved all the island's municipalities.

Among the most popular moments were the "Physics of Summer" by popularizer Vincenzo Schettini, the inauguration of the complete loop of the Via dell'Essenza, and the Premio Arte Acqua dell'Elba. Three days of performances, meetings, workshops, and environmental volunteering dedicated to protecting the sea and the sustainable development of coastal communities, promoted by the Fondazione Acqua dell'Elba in the Province of Livorno.
