Edition 2025 — Sea Flavors Festival
The twelfth edition of the Sea Flavors Festival took place on Friday, August 8, 2025, starting at 8:00 PM, on the churchyard of the San Gabriele dell'Addolorata Parish, on Via Enrico Berlinguer in Gallipoli.
The 2025 Menu
- Mixed fried fish (paranza)
- Fresh mussels from the Gulf of Gallipoli
- Seafood salad
- Swordfish
- Pittule
- Local wine, hot sandwiches, and crepes
The evening was enlivened by live music and karaoke in a popular festive atmosphere that saw over 3,000 attendees. The event, organized by the San Gabriele parish community, was held under the patronage of the Municipality of Gallipoli and the Pro Loco Gallipoli A.P.S.

- 8:00 PM — Opening of the food stalls on the churchyard of the San Gabriele dell'Addolorata Parish
- Tasting of mixed fried fish, fresh mussels, seafood salad, swordfish, and pittule
- Local wine, hot sandwiches, and crepes
- Live music and karaoke throughout the evening
