2025 Edition
The second edition of the Sea and Taste Festival took place from June to September 2025, with weekend events along the Gold Coast, including Bagheria, Santa Flavia, Casteldaccia, Altavilla Milicia, Trabia, Termini Imerese, Campofelice di Roccella, Lascari, Cefalù, and Pollina.
In Termini Imerese, the festival featured local fish tastings in July and the 'Mina in Jazz' concert by the Valeria Milazzo Trio, dedicated to the great Italian singer, accompanied by a guided tour of the Himera archaeological site. On 5 September, a new event was held at Villa Nicolò Palmeri, featuring a sunset tasting of Mediterranean flavours and a jazz concert under the stars. The event was promoted by the FLAG GALP Golfo di Termini Imerese.
