Edition 2025 — Sea and Taste Festival
The Campofelice di Roccella stop of the second edition of the Sea and Taste Festival took place on Friday, September 12, 2025, in Piazzetta Anna Frank and served as the final event of the summer festival along the Golden Coast. The evening, with free admission, began at 7:30 PM with a tasting of local seafood prepared according to traditional Sicilian recipes: sarde a beccafico, pasta with sardines and wild fennel, couscous with seafood, anchovy meatballs in sauce, caponata with fried octopus, and swordfish bites with honey and mint.
At 9:00 PM, the concert by Pamela Barone took the stage with the Jazz Whispers of Bossa project, accompanied by Antonio Zarcone on piano, Giuseppe Sinforini on drums, and Riccardo Lo Bue on bass, in a repertoire that weaves together classic jazz, bossa nova, and singer-songwriter music. The stop was part of a three-month festival (from June 6 to September 12, 2025) that enlivened ten municipalities of the Golden Coast in the province of Palermo.
