Edition 2025 — Scurpelle Festival
In 2025, the Scurpelle Festival once again enlivened Fossalto during the spring, continuing a gastronomic tradition rooted in the village. Scurpelle, a typical Molise fried pastry, was the star of a festival of taste and conviviality organized by the "Eugenio Cirese" Pro Loco.
The 2025 edition confirmed the appeal of the Scurpelle Festival in Fossalto (province of Campobasso). The festival, dedicated to the typical fried pastry of Molise peasant tradition, offered tastings and moments of gathering, promoting an authentic flavor of upper Molise thanks to the efforts of the local Pro Loco.

The 2025 festival followed the traditional format: food stalls with scurpelle and other typical products, and entertainment in the village.
