Edition 2025 — Scopa Carnival
In 2025, the Scopa Carnival once again renewed the carnival tradition of Upper Valsesia, with the masked night tour through the village streets and the distribution of Paniccia on Shrove Tuesday, confirming the strong bond of the Scopa community, in the province of Vercelli, with this popular winter festival defined by masks, local gastronomy, and conviviality.
The 2025 Scopa Carnival confirmed the vitality of one of the most heartfelt winter festivals in Valsesia, in the province of Vercelli. As per tradition, the event featured the masked night tour through the village streets and the distribution of Paniccia, the typical dish of the Valsesian Carnival, on Shrove Tuesday. There was also a focus on the little ones, with festive moments dedicated to children. An edition marked by conviviality and the popular roots of the town of Scopa.
