Edition 2025 — Schiacciata Festival

In 2025, the Contrada La Croce of the Palio di Buti once again organized the Schiacciata Festival at the Cascine di Buti Sports Field between late May and early June. The public's favorite formula was confirmed: stuffed and gourmet schiacciate, Tuscan and grilled specialties at the food stalls open every evening, and evenings enlivened by free-entry ballroom dancing, Friday DJ sets, and weekend concerts.

Schiacciata Festival 2025

The 2025 edition of the Schiacciata Festival took place in Cascine di Buti, in the province of Pisa, at the village's Sports Field, on the initiative of the Contrada La Croce of the Palio di Buti.

As per tradition, the stars of the festival were the schiacciate offered in numerous variations, accompanied by Tuscan culinary specialties and grilled meats. The food stalls welcomed visitors every evening for dinner, while the evenings were enlivened by free-entry ballroom dancing, Friday DJ sets, and live concerts on Saturday and Sunday, with areas also dedicated to children.
