Schenner Bauernkuchl

The 2025 Schenner Bauernkuchl was held on Tuesday, October 21, in Piazza Raiffeisen, in the center of Scena/Schenna (Bolzano). As per tradition, the local Bäuerinnen transformed the square into a large open-air farmhouse kitchen, serving dumplings with sauerkraut salad, platters of cold cuts and cheeses, homemade sweet Krapfen, as well as chestnuts and new wine.

The day, part of the Herbstgenuss in Schenna autumn calendar and rooted in the Törggelen tradition, was accompanied by live music from the duo Vincent & Fernando, in a festive and family-friendly atmosphere highly appreciated by both locals and visitors to the Burgraviato.
