Edition 2025 — Spring Fair

The 2025 edition of the Scarnafigi Spring Fair once again enlivened the historic center of the Cuneo town with its formula dedicated to local PDO cheeses. Two days of markets, exhibitions, shows, and gastronomy confirmed Scarnafigi as the City of Cheese, featuring tastings of Bra, Raschera, and Toma Piemontese alongside the traditional lunch in the square.

The Scarnafigi Spring Fair renewed its appointment with the dairy excellence of the Saluzzo plains in the province of Cuneo in 2025. Organized by the Pro Loco and the Municipality, the event offered the usual two-day celebration dedicated to Bra, Raschera, and Toma Piemontese PDO, with tasting and sales stalls lining the town streets.

The program included street market stalls, artisan and antique stands, exhibitions set up in the town center, and family-friendly entertainment. The traditional Sunday lunch was a highlight, featuring a menu based on local products that has accompanied the fair for years and remains one of its most popular moments.
