Edition 2025 — La Raviolata of Scapoli

In 2025, La Raviolata once again enlivened the village of Scapoli with tastings of Scapoli ravioli, bagpipes, and folk groups, confirming itself as one of the most anticipated gastronomic events in Alto Molise during the carnival season.

The 2025 edition of the Scapoli Ravioli Festival offered the usual formula that combines gastronomy and popular culture: tastings of De.C.O. Scapoli ravioli in the streets, musical accompaniment by bagpipers and folk groups, in a convivial atmosphere that drew visitors from all over the region. The event, curated by Pro Scapoli, reaffirmed the deep connection between the village and its gastronomic specialty.

Programme

The 2025 program followed the traditional structure: performances by bagpipers, folk groups, a taste workshop, and tastings of Scapoli ravioli along the village streets.
