Edition 2025 — Scandicci Concerts
The sixty-ninth season brought young performers and chamber ensembles to Scandicci, in the province of Florence, on Sunday mornings at 11:00 AM in the "Orazio Barbieri" City Council Hall. Highlights included a recital by pianist Giovanni Andrea Pisanu on January 12 (featuring Beethoven's Sonata No. 17), the Kantor Quartet on February 23, and the Ecate Quartet on April 6, which closed the festival.
The 2025 edition also upheld the historic mission of the Scandicci City Concerts: free admission, high-quality chamber repertoire, and a focus on young and emerging Italian concert talents, under the artistic direction of Daniela De Santis, Francesca Piccioni, and Sara Nanni, with the support of the Municipality of Scandicci.
