Edition 2025 — Scalinart
Scalinart 2025 — the first edition
The first edition of Scalinart took place on August 9 and 10, 2025, in the historic center of Calatafimi-Segesta (TP). For two evenings, the alleys and stairways of the village were transformed into an open-air stage.
The program brought together photographic exhibitions dedicated to the local area and traditions, decorated Sicilian carts, street performers, and live music. Concurrently, the Cassatedda Festival was held, with tastings of the ricotta pastry and a station dedicated to celiacs, accompanied by local wines at sunset. To close the evenings, there was astronomical observation from Castello Eufemio.
The event was promoted by the municipal administration led by Mayor Francesco Gruppuso, curated by the Associazione Cavalieri 360 APS presided over by Gaspare Mazarese, and described as "a concrete example of resilience and cultural attraction".
