Edition 2025 — Sausage and Caliceddi Festival

The 2025 edition of the Sausage, Caliceddi and Wine Festival took place on Sunday, November 9, in Piazza Cisterna in Ragalna, at the heart of the Autunno Ragalnese series (October 26 to December 7). Highlights included the sausage and caliceddi sandwich, wild Etna greens, new wine, and markets featuring local products, accompanied by live music in the square.

On Sunday, November 9, 2025, Piazza Cisterna in Ragalna hosted the Sausage, Caliceddi and Wine Festival, one of the most anticipated events of the 2025 Autunno Ragalnese, the Sunday series that enlivened the town with the Etna Markets from October 26 to December 7.

Visitors were able to enjoy the famous sausage and caliceddi sandwich, accompanied by local wine, as well as traditional autumn pastries. The market offered the best of Etna: cheeses, ricotta, olive oil, mushrooms, wild greens, wine, and local crafts. The day, with free admission, was accompanied by live music in the square. The event was organized by the Municipality of Ragalna in collaboration with the Aria Nuova Ragalna association.
