Edition 2025 — Sassi e non solo
The 2025 edition of the Sassi e non solo International Festival, the ninth edition, was held on June 14-15 in the Terragnolo Valley, in the province of Trento, with the theme "Walls for Peace."
The opening ceremony took place on Saturday, June 14, at 9:30 PM at the Miravalle hill in Rovereto, in collaboration with the Fondazione Campana dei Caduti. The international competition saw the participation of five teams from Friuli Venezia Giulia, Slovenia, the United States (Kentucky), Canada (Ontario and Quebec), and Trentino.
On Sunday, June 15, the dry-stone wall construction competition took place, followed by the closing ceremony at 5:00 PM and the awarding of the Sassi e non solo Prize. The event was promoted by the Sassi e non solo APS association, whose board members are teachers at the Trentino School of Dry Stone.
