Edition 2025 — Salami Festival

The 57th Sarmato Salami Festival took place from May 23 to 25, 2025, at the Festa Area in Via G. Moia, dedicated to the Sarmato poet Sandro Sacchi. Three days of food stalls with traditional dishes, concerts, Latin party, market, flag-wavers, and tombola, organized by Pro Loco Sarmato to celebrate Piacentino salami and the conviviality of Val Tidone.

The 57th edition of the Salami Festival was held in Sarmato (Piacenza) from May 23 to 25, 2025, at the Festa Area in Via G. Moia, and was dedicated to the Sarmato poet Sandro Sacchi. Friday evening kicked off with the Explosion Band, followed on Saturday by the Latin Party with DJ Davide and a special tango Argentino performance by Alejandro and Vanesa. Sunday, the main day, featured non-stop stalls and a market from 8:30 AM, the procession of the Musicians and Flag-wavers of Borgo San Marzanotto del Palio di Asti at 10:45 AM, the tombola with a 65" Smart TV as the prize, dinner with Cinzia Davò, and dancing with Le Sorelle Gilian Band.

In 2025, the event once again confirmed its role as a highlight of the Sarmato calendar, successfully combining the promotion of Piacentino salami and typical products with an entertainment program for all ages.
