Edition 2025 — Sapori tra le Mura

In 2025, Sapori tra le Mura once again opened the summer season for the Associazione Il Castello in Giglio Castello, with an evening dedicated to the food and wine of Isola del Giglio: the bracconiera, wines from the terraced vineyards, and typical island products, accompanied by music and tradition within the ancient village walls.

The 2025 edition of Sapori tra le Mura confirmed the formula loved by residents and tourists: a food and wine evening in the village of Giglio Castello, on Isola del Giglio, to inaugurate the summer season for the Associazione Il Castello.

The stars of the table were the bracconiera, the island's traditional bean soup, and Giglio products: wine, oil, panficato, honey, gin, and myrtle. Within the medieval castle walls, music and conviviality accompanied an evening that celebrates the identity and agricultural vocation of Isola del Giglio.
