Edition 2025 — Sapori Senza Frontiere

The 3rd edition of Sapori Senza Frontiere took place in Castelbuono on October 11-12, 2025, under the theme "Castelbuono, a bridge of cultures" for a future of peace. Two days of international food stalls, music, shows, and meetings, featuring delegations from Senegal, Brazil, Hungary, Tunisia, Palestine, Ethiopia, and Sri Lanka, with a special Hungarian presence from Szada.

Sapori Senza Frontiere 2025: the 3rd edition

The third edition of Sapori Senza Frontiere was held in Castelbuono on Saturday, October 11, and Sunday, October 12, 2025, with the theme "a bridge of cultures for a future of peace." The program combined taste, art, and dialogue: from the morning, food stalls and international tastings featured products from Senegal, Brazil, Hungary, Tunisia, Palestine, Ethiopia, and Sri Lanka.

Highlights included the exhibition of Hungarian art and traditional embroidery at Casa Speciale, the children's show "We are the world we are the children" by Mago Magnum, the conference "Meeting of Cultures for a Future of Peace" with mayors, Slow Food Sicilia, and guests from Senegal and Palestine, as well as Brazilian bossa nova by Alessandro Panicola and a DJ set by Pietro Minutella. Sunday featured African percussion by Doudou Diouf with jam sessions and the acrobatic show "eSquilibrio" by Jonathan Marquis.

Sunday, October 12: 11:00-22:30 exhibition; 12:00 food stalls; 11:30 and 17:30 African percussion (Doudou Diouf) with jam sessions; 16:30 acrobatic show "eSquilibrio" (Jonathan Marquis).

Prices
