Edition 2025 — Sapori di Carnia

The 37th edition of Sapori di Carnia took place on Sunday, December 14, 2025, in Raveo, from 9 am to 5 pm, with the entire village involved in the itinerary of taste through the houses, stands offering frico, cjarsons, legume soups, cured meats, and cheeses, a market, and folk music.

The 2025 edition, the 37th, was held on Sunday, December 14, in the village of Raveo. From 9 am until the afternoon, the houses and courtyards of the village transformed into tasting points along the Carnian itinerary of taste: visitors were offered frico, cjarsons, legume soups, local cured meats, and cheeses, accompanied by local wines and grappas. The village streets were enlivened by folk music, shows, and artisan markets, while the exhibition market of small local producers allowed for the purchase of Friulian mountain specialties.
