2025 Edition: Eleventh Edition

The Sapori della Maremma Festival 2025 spanned a period of nearly four weeks, from July 10 to August 3, confirming itself as the reference summer event for Pescia Romana and the entire Municipality of Montalto di Castro, in the province of Viterbo.

As per tradition, the event was held at the Il Maremmino sports field, with food stalls open every evening starting at 8:00 PM and managed by the volunteers of A.S.D. Nuova Pescia Romana 2004. On the menu was the dual soul of the festival: seafood specialties from the Tyrrhenian coast and traditional Maremma land-based cuisine, accompanied by local wines and typical products.

Each evening was enlivened by live music, dancing, and family entertainment, with free entry to the area. The turnout, also fueled by vacationers present in July on the coast, confirmed the popular formula that has made this festival a consolidated tradition of the Lazio Maremma.
