Edition 2025 — Sapori
The 22nd edition of Sapori a Fivizzano took place from May 30 to June 2, 2025, enlivening the village's historic center and the fascinating Convent of the Augustinians. The event featured the usual market exhibition dedicated to typical and organic products of Lunigiana, accompanied by traditional dishes, tastings, workshops, and cultural moments.
The festival was inaugurated on Friday, May 30, with the Sapori Live Music evening in Piazza Medicea, followed by the official opening of the stands on Saturday, May 31. Among the events were conferences, demonstrations of ancient crafts, and folk performances, featuring the great products of the territory: testaroli, panigacci, torta d'erbi, cured meats, cheeses, and wines from the Apuan hills and the Val di Magra.
