Edition 2025 — SapEur

The 22nd edition of SapEur was held from January 24th to 26th, 2025, at Fiera di Forlì, in the province of Forlì-Cesena. With approximately 200 exhibitors and an average of 15,000 visitors, the event showcased Italian gastronomy and craftsmanship, alongside the Forlì Wine Festival (10th edition) and the Forlì Beer Festival, featuring tastings and quality specialties.

SapEur 2025, the 22nd edition

From January 24th to 26th, 2025, Fiera di Forlì hosted the twenty-second edition of SapEur, the first major fair of the year dedicated to typical, high-quality products. Hundreds of exhibitors from across the national territory offered balsamic vinegar, honey, bread, pasta, cured meats, oils, olives, mushrooms, truffles, cheeses, preserves, fruits, vegetables, and chocolate.

The 2025 edition featured the "Il Cibo è Salute" (Food is Health) and "Le Vie del Verde" (The Paths of Greenery), dedicated to hobby gardening and horticulture, in addition to the 10th edition of the Forlì Wine Festival and the Forlì Beer Festival. Hours: Friday 2:00 PM-10:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM-10:30 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM-8:00 PM.
