Edition 2025 — Saperi e Sapori

In the 2025 edition, the Saperi e Sapori market was held at Parco Clarofonte in Fiera di Primiero almost every Saturday from July to September. The days brought together small producers and artisans from the Primiero Slow Food Convivium, with guests from Umbria, offering locally sourced products, cheeses, honey, and mountain crafts from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

The 2025 edition of Saperi e Sapori took place at Parco Clarofonte in Fiera di Primiero (Transacqua) with events on summer Saturdays: July 5, 12, 19, and 26; August 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30; September 6, as well as an autumn finale on September 27 and 28, 2025.

The market offered locally sourced fruits and vegetables, grains and flours, cheeses, honey, products based on mountain herbs and flowers, chocolate, natural cosmetics, and wool and felt creations, with the participation of producers from the Primiero, Vanoi, and Mis community and some guests from Umbria. The usual hours were from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, with free admission.
