Edition 2025 — Santa Sofia Fair

The 2025 edition of the Santa Sofia Fair was held in Canaro from September 30 to October 5, in Piazza Bersaglieri d'Italia. Six days dedicated to the Bigoli Festival, Polesine cuisine, and dancing evenings with orchestras, under the covered stand of the Pro Loco.

The Santa Sofia Fair 2025 enlivened Canaro, in the Bassa polesana region of Rovigo province, from September 30 to October 5. In Piazza Bersaglieri d'Italia, the covered gastronomic stand of the Pro Loco Canaro opened every evening at 7:30 PM, offering the Bigoli Festival (with duck bigoli as the signature dish), grilled meats, and local fish specialties.

Each evening was accompanied by orchestras and musical groups for traditional ballroom dancing, in a popular festive atmosphere that has always characterized the town's autumn fair.
