Edition 2025 — Santa Restituta Oricola

On May 17th, 2025, Oricola celebrated its patron saint, Santa Restituta, with the traditional annual festival. The community gathered around the solemn procession that started from the Church of Santa Restituta and wound through the village streets, followed by a solemn Mass with the participation of the Confraternity of Santa Restituta. A day of devotion and shared celebration in the heart of the Piana del Cavaliere.

The 2025 edition of the Santa Restituta Patronal Feast took place on May 17th, 2025, in Oricola, in the province of L'Aquila. As every year, the day was marked by the solemn procession starting from the Church of Santa Restituta and the passage of the saint's statue along all the streets of the village, before returning to the church for the solemn Mass. The Confraternity of Santa Restituta, guardian of the ancient Oricola devotion, took part in the celebration, in a festival that confirms the strong bond between the Abruzzo village and its patron saint.
