Edition 2025 — Santa Maria del Carmelo City Palio

The 25th edition of the Santa Maria del Carmelo City Palio celebrated an important milestone: twenty-five years of challenges between the districts of Santa Teresa di Riva. Inaugurated on June 21, 2025, with over 400 participants, it featured about fifty disciplines and concluded on July 12 with a concert by the Queen of Bulsara in Piazza Madonna del Carmelo.

The 2025 edition of the Santa Maria del Carmelo City Palio celebrated its 25th anniversary, marking a quarter-century of history for the Santa Teresa di Riva festival. The event kicked off on Saturday, June 21, 2025, with over 400 participants divided among the seven city districts.

Among the year's novelties was the "Palio Express", a challenge where contestants, without money or phones, had to return from a Sicilian town relying only on their adaptability. During the opening phases, the Sacra Famiglia district triumphed in the table football tournament. This grand silver jubilee edition concluded on July 12 with a concert by the Queen of Bulsara in Piazza Madonna del Carmelo.
