Edition 2025 — Santa Claus Village

The 17th edition of the Santa Claus Village took place on Saturday, December 13, and Sunday, December 14, 2025, in the historic center of Castel Frentano, starting at 4:00 PM. Two days of magic featuring markets, wooden huts, Santa's House, children's shows, live music, and food and wine trails with traditional Abruzzese products. The event, with free admission, concluded with great public success.

The 17th edition of the Santa Claus Village brought the historic center of Castel Frentano to life on Saturday, December 13, and Sunday, December 14, 2025, with doors opening at 4:00 PM and free admission.

The village was transformed into an enchanted wonderland with Christmas markets, wooden huts filled with gift ideas, crafts, and sweets, as well as food and wine trails dedicated to traditional Abruzzese products and desserts. Among the most beloved attractions were Santa's House for delivering letters, shows for children with Santa Claus and his helpers, live music and roaming dances, the Zampognaro with his pastoral melodies, and the amusing misadventures of Pig the elf amidst lights, magical objects, and acrobatics.

The event was organized by the Ripensiamo il Centro Storico association in collaboration with the Municipal Administration of Castel Frentano.

Programme

Saturday, December 13, and Sunday, December 14, 2025, from 4:00 PM: Christmas markets and wooden huts, Santa's House with letter delivery, children's shows, live music and roaming dances, Zampognaro performance, Pig the elf show, food and wine trails with traditional Abruzzese products.
