The return of the event in December 2025

The third edition of the Santa Claus Castle kicked off on December 6, 2025, at Castello Savelli in Palombara Sabina, in the Metropolitan City of Rome. Organized by the Senior Center together with the Il Magico Castello Savelli association, the festival returned after the 2021 edition, bolstered by a record of over 25,000 visitors gathered in the two previous editions.

The December days

The calendar included the Immaculate Conception long weekend (December 6, 7, and 8) and the two following weekends (December 13-14 and 20-21), with continuous opening from 10:00 to 19:00. Every day, visitors could walk through the wooden markets in the garden, meet Santa Claus, participate in playful and educational workshops, and visit the dungeons set up with artistic rooms and the Ancient Elf Academy.

The entertainment program alternated between magic performances, dances, parades of elves and superheroes, street performers, and marching bands, in addition to gospel choir performances from the Tiburtine area and events from the Comix Event. The event then continued in January 2026 with the Epiphany days. Access was free for all initiatives.
