The 10th edition of the Living Nativity

During the 2025-2026 Christmas season, the Poiu di Fossi district of Palma di Montechiaro hosted the tenth edition of the Sant'Antonio da Padova Living Nativity, opening on December 27, 2025, with further dates on January 3 and 6, 2026.

The chosen theme, "Walking towards Bethlehem, as pilgrims of hope", guided the layout of the route, which led from the alley of via Roma to the churchyard of the Chiesa di Sant'Antonino. Among artisan workshops, costumed actors, and musicians, visitors were able to relive the trades and flavors of the traditional Sicilian countryside, with tastings of bread, ricotta, and cheeses.

On Epiphany, the Magi procession set off from the church of Sant'Antonino and crossed the nativity scene, ideally concluding the representation.
