Sant'Anna Festival 2025
In 2025, the Borgo Croci district of Foggia experienced five days of festivities dedicated to Saint Anne. The program began on July 22nd with a sack race near the convent, continuing on the 23rd with a celebration for two newly ordained priests. On July 24th, Piazza Filippo Corridoni was inaugurated and blessed, followed by the festival of fried pizzas and ciammaruchelle.
On July 25th, at 7:00 PM, the solemn procession took place through the streets of the district, accompanied by tastings of sweets and watermelons and an evening musical show. On July 26th, the day of Saint Anne, after the 7:00 PM celebration, the district came alive with group dances, the performance of the Corale Sant'Anna directed by maestro Maria Caputo, the flag-wavers show in front of the Chiesa delle Croci, and traditional fireworks.
