Edition 2025 — Sant'Andrea Festival

The 2025 edition of the Sant'Andrea Festival took place on Saturday, November 29th, in Cellere, at Piazza Castelfidardo, starting in the afternoon. The main event was the traditional «Sant'Andrea» competition, featuring long strings of cans built by participants and judged in three categories: longest, most elaborate, and most original. Registrations, with a 5-euro fee, were collected in the days prior at the local Sun's Gym.

Sant'Andrea Festival 2025 in Cellere

On Saturday, November 29, 2025, the community of Cellere gathered in Piazza Castelfidardo for the Sant'Andrea Festival, the folkloric event that renews one of the most characteristic traditions of the Viterbo Tuscia every year.

In 2025, the heart of the festival was once again the «Sant'Andrea» competition: the typical strings of tin cans tied together, built by participants and evaluated by a jury that awarded the longest, the most elaborate, and the most original strings. Registrations, costing 5 euros, were collected in the preceding afternoons at the Sun's Gym on Via San Giovanni Bosco.

It was an afternoon of celebration, tradition, and fun that involved both adults and children, confirming the strong bond of the Lazio village with its popular roots.
