Edition 2025 — Sant'Amato a Tavola

The 32nd edition of Sant'Amato a Tavola took place on the weekends of July and August 2025 in Sant'Amato, Vinci. The gastronomic evenings, from July 11-13 to August 7-9, offered traditional Tuscan dishes and typical Montalbano products, accompanied by live music and shows. To end each evening, the classic bomboloni and brigidini. The event, with free admission, was organized by the Pro Loco S. Amato with the patronage of the Municipality of Vinci.

The 2025 edition of Sant'Amato a Tavola, the 32nd, was held on summer weekends in Sant'Amato, a village of Vinci (FI), on Via di Sant'Amato. The evenings were spread over several weekends: July 11-12-13, 18-19-20, 25-26-27 and August 1-2-3, 7-8-9.

As per tradition, every evening the food stand of the Pro Loco S. Amato offered gastronomic specialties and typical Montalbano products, followed by live music and shows for the whole family. The closing desserts were unmissable: bomboloni and brigidini. Among the side initiatives, the evening walk "Una notte in Vallebuia" along the trails of Montalbano. Admission to the festival was free.
