Sant'Alberto Race

The tenth edition of the Sant'Alberto Race renewed in 2025 the running appointment that links Pietramontecorvino, a village in the Monti Dauni in the Province of Foggia, to the feast of its patron saint. On the approximately 11 km course through the wheat fields and districts of the Capitanata, competitive and non-competitive runners shared a morning dedicated to sport and solidarity.

As per tradition, the race was organized by the AVIS Comunale di Pietramontecorvino "Giovani da Montecorvino" with the patronage of the Municipality, CONI, the Puglia Region, and FIDAL. The blessing of the participants before the start, the final awards ceremony, and the refreshments featuring typical local products confirmed the village festival spirit that characterizes the event.
