Sandigliano Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Sandigliano Carnival is remembered as the year of the rebirth: after years of suspension due to the Covid pandemic, the festival returned in grand style on Sunday, March 2. The organization was led by the Compagnia del Paiolo - Amici del Carnevale, chaired by Mirko Fiandesio, with a dozen founding members and about forty associates, in collaboration with the Pro Loco and the Municipality.

The highlight was the fagiolata: 27 cauldrons on the fire, 200 kilos of beans, and about 1,600 portions distributed. In the afternoon, there was space for the Children's Carnival and the celebration of the 2006 conscripts, with part of the proceeds donated to charity. The traditional Rampin and Rampina masks were also restored for the occasion.
