Edition 2025 — Sanarica Living Nativity

The 2024/2025 edition of the Sanarica Living Nativity took place in the Conca Sant'Angelo on the evenings of December 25, 26, and 29, 2024, and January 1, 5, and 6, 2025. As per tradition, the karst chasm hosted the Nativity, ancient crafts, and rural life scenes animated by costumed performers, with the usual tastings of typical Salento products. The edition attracted approximately 18,000 visitors.

Sanarica Living Nativity 2024/2025

The 2024/2025 edition of the Sanarica Living Nativity took place in the Conca Sant'Angelo, in the town of Sanarica (Lecce), on the evenings of December 25, 26, and 29, 2024, and January 1, 5, and 6, 2025.

In this edition as well, the sinkhole was transformed into a Bethlehem of yesteryear, with meticulous realistic sets, period costumes, and the representation of ancient Salento traditions, thanks to the work of volunteers, artisans, and local actors gathered in the Associazione Amici del Presepe Vivente di Sanarica. The event drew approximately 18,000 attendees, including families, tourists, and nativity tradition enthusiasts from all over Salento and beyond.
