Edition 2025 — San Vittorino Feast
San Vittorino Patronal Feast 2025
In 2025, the Roman village of San Vittorino celebrated its patron saint with festivities spread over several days, culminating on Sunday, September 7. The solemn mass was presided over by Monsignor Mauro Parmeggiani, Bishop of the Diocese of Tivoli and Palestrina, in the presence of a large community.
At the end of the celebration, the procession took place through the streets of the village, preceded by a moment of reflection dedicated to the fallen, with the participation of military representatives. The day was enriched by the singing of the parish choir, the active participation of young people in the liturgy, and floral decorations prepared by volunteers along the route.
Regarding traffic, Piazza San Vittorino was closed to circulation for the entire duration of the festivities, with the ban extended until Monday, September 8, 2025; bus lines C9 and 042 heading to San Vittorino were diverted via Via di Ponte Terra and the sanctuary square. An edition that confirmed the vitality of a tradition rooted at the gates of Rome.
