San Vincenzo Ferreri Festival

The 2025 edition

The 2025 edition of the San Vincenzo Ferreri Festival took place in the Diana district of Fiumefreddo di Sicilia according to the traditional calendar, on the third Sunday of September. The community gathered around its patron saint for the Eucharistic celebration and the solemn procession of the statue, which left the 18th-century church of San Vincenzo Ferreri in the late afternoon and was carried through the festively decorated streets of the district.

Alongside the religious aspect, there were popular events organized by local associations, featuring music, festive lights, and market stalls. The day concluded, as is tradition, with a fireworks display that illuminated the sky over the Diana district.
