San Vigilio Festival 2025
The 2025 edition of the San Vigilio Festival took place in Pinzolo, in Val Rendena, around June 26th, the liturgical memorial of the patron saint of the Diocese of Trento. The celebrations were held at the historic Church of San Vigilio in the Sorano area, guardian of the famous Danza Macabra frescoes by Simone Baschenis.
The festival was enlivened by the Confraternity of San Lorenzo, who oversaw the traditional distribution of bread and wine at the end of Holy Mass. In 2025, the event once again confirmed the strong bond between the Pinzolo community and the devotion to the patron saint, in an artistic and spiritual setting unique to the Trentino region.
