San Rocco Patronal Feast

The 2025 edition of the San Rocco Patronal Feast in Stornara renewed the Tavoliere community's devotion to its patron saint, with religious rites, the procession of the triumphal float, illuminations lighting up the town center, and musical shows in the square. Among the festival's concerts, the performance by singer-songwriter Ron stood out.

The conclusion of the festivities was marked by a mournful event: the passing, on August 16, 2025, of Father Sergio Di Giovine, a priest closely linked to Stornara. As a sign of respect, the municipality proclaimed a day of city mourning, and the committee canceled the final evening scheduled for August 17th, suspending all shows.
