San Rocco Patronal Feast

The 2025 edition of the San Rocco Feast in Penna Sant'Andrea, in the province of Teramo, took place on August 16, 2025, as per established tradition. The devotion to the patron saint, protector against epidemics and contagious diseases, was renewed with religious celebrations and a procession along the streets of the historic center, starting from the parish church of Santa Maria del Soccorso. Alongside the liturgical program, the Ferragosto day saw the community gather in the square amidst illuminations, market stalls, and convivial moments, in an atmosphere of authentic celebration that brings families and returning emigrants to the village every year.
