Edition 2025 — San Rocco Leverano
The 2025 San Rocco Feast in Leverano
The 2025 edition took place during the central days of August, with the highlight on August 16 and 17. The most intense moment was the procession of the statue of San Rocco, carried on shoulders through the streets of the historic center amidst hymns, prayers, and the participation of confraternities, accompanied by brass bands. Solemn masses were celebrated in the Church of San Rocco.
The civil festivities saw the center of Leverano illuminated by light displays, while Piazza Roma hosted brass band and folk music concerts. To conclude the festivities, the spectacular fireworks display at midnight lit up the sky of the Salento town before a large crowd. Admission to all events was free.
