San Prospero Risotto Festival

In 2025, the hamlet of San Prospero di Suzzara hosted another appreciated edition of the Festa dei Risotti. The food stand, open every evening from 7:00 PM, offered the risottos that give the festival its name, from salamella to mushroom, accompanied by traditional Po Valley main courses.

The evenings were enlivened by music, including dance evenings and concerts, while the charity walk confirmed the event's charitable spirit. An occasion that, in the heart of the Bassa Mantovana, combines gastronomy, entertainment, and community spirit.
