San Pietro in Casale Boiled Meat Festival

The fifteenth edition of the Boiled Meat Festival confirmed its tried-and-tested formula: two October weekends in 2025, evening openings on weekdays and lunch service on holidays, in the covered and heated marquee of the Parish Asylum Area in San Pietro in Casale, province of Bologna.

The stars were the great classics of Emilian cuisine — mixed beef and pork boiled meat, capon broth tortellini and passatelli, grilled dishes, and homemade desserts — with mandatory reservations confirming the event's great popularity. As tradition dictates, the proceeds were allocated to support the Historical Carnival of San Pietro in Casale.
