Edition 2025 — San Pasquale Baylon

The 2025 edition of the San Pasquale Baylon Patronal Feast took place in Lizzano from May 16 to 18, featuring three days of religious celebrations, a procession, band concerts, and fireworks. The community renewed its devotion to the co-patron in the church dedicated to him, amidst moments of prayer and the traditional civic festival in the town center.

The 2025 San Pasquale Baylon Patronal Feast in Lizzano (Taranto) spanned three days. On Friday, May 16, concluding the triduum, the holy rosary, vespers, and mass with the Santa Cecilia choir took place. Saturday, May 17, the main day, saw holy masses at 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM, followed by a solemn mass at 6:30 PM, the procession with the saint's statue, and a fireworks display upon its return; in the evening, the Rutigliano band performed, directed by Maestro Gaetano Cellamara. Sunday, May 18, the "Giuseppe Verdi" musical band paraded in the morning, while the evening featured performances by the local dance school and musical groups, with a grand finale of fireworks at the sports field. The celebrations were led by the parish priest, Father Pompilio Pati.

Friday, May 16: 5:45 PM holy rosary and vespers, 6:30 PM holy mass with Santa Cecilia choir. Saturday, May 17: 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM holy masses, 6:30 PM solemn mass, 7:30 PM procession with the statue and fireworks display, concert by the Rutigliano band. Sunday, May 18: "Giuseppe Verdi" band parade in the morning, dance school and musical group performances in the evening, fireworks at the sports field.
