Edition 2025 — San Pantaleone Frisa

In 2025, Frisa once again celebrated its patron saint, San Pantaleone, on July 27th. The occasion renewed the village's tradition with the procession of the saint's statue, solemn masses in the parish church, and popular festivities featuring live music, fireworks, and food stalls with local specialties, drawing both residents and those who have moved away back to the village.

The 2025 patronal feast

On July 27, 2025, Frisa paid tribute to San Pantaleone, the patron saint of the village in the province of Chieti. As is tradition, the day combined the religious dimension—with solemn masses and the procession of the saint's statue through the streets—with the civic celebration, animated by live music, fireworks, and food stalls.

The feast once again served as a reunion for the entire Frisa community, welcoming back those who returned for the occasion, in an atmosphere that blended devotion and conviviality in the heart of the Frentano hills.
