Edition 2025 — Children's Carnival

The 47th edition of the San Miniato Basso Children's Carnival took place in 2025 over four Sundays, from February 9 to March 2, at the Casa Culturale. Allegorical floats, entertainment, and music accompanied the festive afternoons, concluding with the traditional launch of Pinocchio into the sky on March 2.

2025 Edition

In 2025, the San Miniato Basso Children's Carnival reached its 47th edition, with four Sunday parades: February 9, 16, 23, and the grand finale on March 2. Each parade started at 3:00 PM in the outdoor area of the Casa Culturale, accompanied by the Orchestra Area Tre.

The event concluded on March 2 with the traditional launch of Pinocchio into the sky, tethered to balloons, in accordance with the legend that links San Miniato to the land of Collodi. In 2025, the accessible float designed for children with disabilities also paraded, serving as a symbol of the festival's inclusive spirit.
