Edition 2025 — San Michele Grape Harvest Festival

The 2025 edition of the San Michele Grape Harvest Festival took place on Sunday, September 28, and Monday, September 29, in Vitorchiano, between the former Convent of the Sant'Agnese Complex and the historic center. The program included a community lunch, a grape harvest demonstration with barefoot treading by children, wine biscuits, the Fedeli di Vitorchiano band with majorettes, and mass in the Church of San Michele.

San Michele Grape Harvest Festival 2025

On Sunday, September 28, and Monday, September 29, 2025, Vitorchiano bid farewell to summer with the San Michele Grape Harvest Festival, promoted by the San Michele Arcangelo Festival Committee. Sunday opened with a community lunch at the former Convent of the Sant'Agnese Complex; at 4:00 PM, the grape harvest demonstration saw young harvesters crushing grapes barefoot to extract the must, accompanied by tastings of traditional treats like wine biscuits. At 6:00 PM, entertainment was provided by the Fedeli di Vitorchiano band and a majorette performance.

On Monday, September 29, the patron saint's day, a religious service was held at 10:00 AM in the Church of San Michele. The San Michele ring cake, a typical Vitorchiano pastry recognized as a Traditional Agri-food Product of the Lazio region, was also a star of the festival, bringing a sweet conclusion to the 'Vitorchiano Estate 2025' calendar.
