2025 Edition - 47th Fair

The 47th edition of the San Martino Fair was held in Chieri from November 7 to 11, 2025. The official inauguration, featuring the Filarmonica Chierese, opened five days packed with events in the historic center.

The four featured delicacies were Galucio 'd Cher, sweet focaccia, Rubatà breadsticks, and Freisa wine. Key areas included the Village of Food Excellence on Via Palazzo di Città, the Taste Square in Piazza Cavour, and the Pro Loco village. Guided tastings of Freisa, vermouth, and Piedmontese meats at the Pala San Martino saw the participation of well-known food critics such as Edoardo Raspelli and Paolo Massobrio, while the city streets were enlivened by bands and roaming shows.

The event was held under the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Piedmont Region, the Metropolitan City of Turin, and the UNESCO MaB CollinaPo.
