San Martino Festival 2025
The second edition of the San Martino Festival took place on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in Piazza Aldo Moro in Polignano a Mare, from sunset until late in the evening. The absolute stars were the new wine from selected local wineries and panzerotti handcrafted according to the classic November 11th recipe, along with pettole, chestnuts, and autumn flavors.
The evening was enlivened by Apulian folk music and performances that accompanied the thousands of visitors. "With this second edition, we want to send a strong signal: Polignano is not just a summer destination," declared AIP president Francesca Tarantini, emphasizing the desire to create a series of events capable of animating the city all year round. The event was held with the patronage of Puglia Promozione and the Municipality of Polignano a Mare.
