Edition 2025 — San Martino - Oil, Mushrooms and Wine

The thirtieth edition of the San Martino Festival - Oil, Mushrooms and Wine took place from November 14 to 16, 2025, in Castiglione in Teverina, in Piazza Maggiore. Three days dedicated to mushrooms, new olive oil, and Teverina wine, featuring food stalls for lunch and dinner, artisan markets, folk performances, exhibitions, and tastings at the MUVIS and in the village's ancient cellars.

San Martino 2025: the thirtieth edition

From November 14 to 16, 2025, Castiglione in Teverina celebrated the thirtieth edition of the San Martino Festival - Oil, Mushrooms and Wine. The heart of the event was Piazza Maggiore, where food stalls offered mushroom-based dishes paired with local wine and new Teverina olive oil.

Over the three days, the village came alive with artisan markets, displays of local products, musical and folk performances, while the MUVIS - Wine Museum hosted exhibitions, conferences, and tastings. There were also guided tours of the village's ancient cellars and olive mills. The event was organized by the SS Crocifisso Celebration Committee under the patronage of the Municipality of Castiglione in Teverina.

Programme

Food stalls in Piazza Maggiore with mushroom-based dishes (lunch and dinner), tastings of wine and new Teverina olive oil, artisan markets, musical and folk performances, exhibitions and conferences at the MUVIS, guided tours of cellars and olive mills.
